| Abstract: | RESUMEN: La presente investigación abordó el tema estrategias metodológicas que emplean los docentes en las asignaturas, Lenguaje y Literatura y Ciencia, Salud y Medio Ambiente, debido a que son parte importante en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje se deben de tomar en cuenta los componentes y elementos del currículo de manera estructurada. Se planteó una metodología bajo el enfoque mixto con énfasis cualitativo, de alcance descriptivo. Las técnicas que se emplearon fueron la encuesta y la entrevista con sus respectivos instrumentos del cuestionario y la entrevista semiestructurada, administrándose el cuestionario a la población de 23 docentes de ambos sectores, así mismo se administró la entrevista a una muestra de 6 directores. Los resultados con base a objetivos de la investigación, se considera que la capacitación docente es un medio por el cual se pueden concebir los conocimientos necesarios para innovar en nuevas y mejores estrategias metodológicas, hoy en día innovar es un requisito ya que existen grandes cambios y mejoras en el sistema educativo. También se encontró que las estrategias que aplican en ambos sectores son adecuadas de acuerdo a lo expresado, se pueden clasificar partiendo del momento en que se van a utilizar. Se concluye que, si bien los docentes manifiestan la aplicación de diversas estrategias, se encontró un déficit en la formación docente sobre la innovación de estrategias metodológicas en la mitad de los que participaron en esta investigación. ABSTRACT: This research addressed the issue of methodological strategies used by teachers in the subjects, Language and Literature and Science, Health and Environment, because they are an important part of the teaching-learning process, the components and elements of the structured curriculum. A methodology was proposed under the Mixed approach with a qualitative emphasis, with a descriptive scope. The techniques that were used were the survey and the interview with their respective instruments of the questionnaire and the semi-structured interview, administering the questionnaire to the population of 23 teachers from both sectors, likewise the interview was administered to a sample of 6 directors. The results based on research objectives, it is considered that teacher training is a means by which the necessary knowledge can be conceived to innovate in new and better methodological strategies, today innovating is a requirement since there are great changes and improvements in the educational system. It was also found that the strategies applied in both sectors are adequate according to what was expressed, they can be classified based on the moment in which they are going to be used. It is concluded that, although teachers manifest the application of various strategies, a deficit was found in teacher training on the innovation of methodological strategies in half of those who participated in this research. |
