Abstract:RESUMEN: Se presenta el desarrollo del proyecto de trabajo de graduación titulado: “PROPUESTA DE DISEÑO ARQUITECTÓNICO DE LAS INSTALACIONES FÍSICO ESPACIALES DEL CENTRO DE GOBIERNO MUNI IONES FÍSICO ESPACIALES DEL CENTRO DE GOBIERNO MUNICIPAL Y RECINTO FERIAL PA CIPAL Y RECINTO FERIAL PARA LA ALCALDÍA DE LA CIUDAD DE SAN MIGUEL.” LA ALCALDÍA DE LA CIUDAD DE SAN MIGUEL.” Se describe la problemática existente en la alcaldía de la ciudad de San Miguel. Como también el porque de la misma, así mismo se puntualiza él objetivo general que se pretende alcanzar, además se enumeran los términos que guiaran el desarrollo de la propuesta de solución, las limitantes, metas y metodología. También se presenta un marco referencial que contempla aspectos conceptuales, históricos y legales en torno al proyecto en estudio, y se desarrolla un diagnostico físico y administrativo de la actual alcaldía de la ciudad. Se ejecuta un Análisis del Sitio destinado para el Proyecto, así como también se presenta el proceso de diseño describiendo cada paso de este y los conceptos y criterios utilizados para la elaboración de la Propuesta Final.
ABSTRACT: The development of the graduation project entitled: “ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN PROPOSAL FOR THE PHYSICAL AND SPATIAL FACILITIES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT CENTER AND FAIRGROUNDS FOR THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT CENTER AND FAIRGROUNDS FOR THE MAYOR'S OFFICE OF THE CITY OF SAN MIGUEL.” The current problems in the San Miguel City Hall are described. The reasons for these problems are also outlined, as well as the general objective to be achieved. The terms that will guide the development of the proposed solution, along with the limitations, goals, and methodology, are also listed. A reference framework that addresses conceptual, historical, and legal aspects of the project under study is also presented, and a physical and administrative diagnosis of the current city hall is also developed. A Site Analysis for the Project is conducted, and the design process is presented, describing each step and the concepts and criteria used to develop the Final Proposal.
