| Sumario: | RESUMEN: El presente trabajo se basa en el estudio de la pena establecida en el Art. 346-B CP. OBJETIVOS. Analizar el delito de tenencia, portación o conducción ilegal o irresponsable de armas de fuego en la Zona Oriental de El Salvador. METODOLOGÍA. La investigación se basa en el método científico, el método analítico, el método sintético y el método comparativo para realizar un análisis de las semejanzas y diferencias que existen en otras legislaciones respecto del delito en estudio. CONCLUSIÓN. La pena del Art. 346-B CP no es proporcional a las conductas del delito y no es necesaria debido a que existen otros medios para solucionar el problema que el delito ocasiona.
ABSTRACT: The present work is based on the study of the penalty established in Art. 346-B CP. OBJECTIVES: To analyze the crime of illegal or irresponsible possession, carrying or driving of firearms in the Eastern Zone of El Salvador. METHODOLOGY. The research is based on the scientific method, the analytical method, the synthetic method and the comparative method to analyze the similarities and differences that exist in other legislations with respect to the crime under study. CONCLUSIONS. The penalty of Art. 346-B CP is not proportional to the conducts of the crime and is not necessary because there are other means to solve the problem caused by the crime |
