    “…Obtaining the following results: 62.39% of the administrative staff are male, 25.69% are in the age group of 36-46 years and 47-57 years, followed by the 58-68 years group with 22.02%. 46.79% of the administrative staff use the computer at a distance inadequate, 15.60% presented 1-3 visual symptoms. 77.06% of administrative staff are exposed to a greater risk of visual ergonomics due to the use of artificial lighting in the work environment, 27.52% presented 1-3 visual symptoms. 79% of administrative staff who reported eye fatigue, 80% eye burning and 83% red eye, presented visual ergonomics problems, specifically due to exposure to artificial lighting. 66.97% of administrative staff do not maintain an upright posture throughout the workday, 26.61% presented 1-3 visual symptoms. 45.87% of administrative staff rest less than 10 minutes after using the computer, 22.02% presented 1-3 symptoms. 427.52% of administrative staff who use the computer for more than 6 hours a day presented 1-3 visual symptoms.…”
