“…The determined violations to the fundamental rights of these agricultural and domestic workers compared to other workers in other sectors include, for example, the matter of wages, working hours, and social security, among other violations to the rights of aforementioned workers. In this sense, it has been verified that according to the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic, which grants equal rights to all workers without exception, we have determined that in labor legislation and secondary laws there is discriminatory treatment that lacks objective reasonableness and legitimate justification on the part of the legislator for said discriminatory treatment, therefore a reform of the pertinent legislation referring to agricultural and domestic workers is imperative.…”
