“…Results: It is evident that the performance of the director and teacher is essential for students to reach the achievement indicators proposed in the study programs, That is why the pedagogues of these educational institutions carry out a series of methodological actions with their students that lead to an excellent level of execution of teaching and learning, they use active methodologies giving individual and collective participation of the student, the 100% of the teachers surveyed resort to advance tests and 97.7% of them use diagnostic tests; they teach academic reinforcement between one and two hours a week; They also manage a wide variety of didactic strategies, such as the summary, the synthesis, conceptual maps, comparative charts, reading reports, posters, and brochures, among others; that allow a greater performance in the students through the evaluation techniques that lead them to achieve a high PAES grade…”
