In this sense, it has been verified that according to the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic, which grants equal rights to all workers without exception, we have determined that in labor legislation and secondary laws there is discriminatory treatment that lacks objective reasonableness and legitimate justification on the part of the legislator for said discriminatory treatment, therefore a reform of the pertinent legislation referring to agricultural and domestic workers is imperative....”
