International Law over
Internal Law comes to light when there is
conflict between
international treaties and secondary laws, in this case the treaties will prevail over said laws, because
international treaties are recognized by the Constitution of the Republic in Article 144, and this article states that
International Treaties constitute laws of the Republic when they enter into force, once they have been signed and ratified by El Salvador with other states or with
international organizations in accordance with the provisions of this treaty and the Constitution. ...”
