“...ABSTRACT This document contains information on the development of the project "Computer System for Academic and Administrative Control in the National Institute of San Rafael Cedros,in the city of San Rafael Cedros, Cuscatlán", which was carried out as a graduation work for the National Institute of San Rafael Cedros from the city of San Rafael Cedros, Cuscatlán; this document defines the problem as "Lack of control in administrative and academic processes" since its processes were of a manual nature, so there was a loss and decentralization of information. Subsequently, the viability of the project in the economic, operational and technical area that was feasible is exposed in this document, giving way to the identification of computer, operational and development requirements that facilitated the analysis prior to the design and programming of the computer system, solving the problems that the institute had and thus satisfying the requirements of each one of the specialists that operate the system such as: Greater efficiency in the processes and optimization of the registration times of the students in the requested specialty, Accessibility to the students' grades in thetime required to consult, among others....”
