    “…OBJECTIVE: The state is responsible for providing assistance and advice to women in situations of violence, so this responsibility must be evaluated to verify an effective operation in these types of situations, identifying programs implemented by state institutions such as Ciudad Mujer and ISDEMU, in parallel to this, analyze the obstacles that Specialized Courts may face in providing legal assistance to victims in San Miguel CONCLUSIONS: Violence against the female sex has been present for many decades and from ancient times as a result of unequal relationships of power, with women being subject to men, placing the latter as a privileged being in different areas of society, thanks to social stereotypes that confine women to domestic tasks, as a clear result of the culture of male hierarchy, in addition of the lack of legal backing to protects her rights when they were violated.…”
