    “...General objective: To determine the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of patients with anaphylaxis who consult the San Juan de Dios Hospital in San Miguel in the period of January 2016 to December 2020, Methodology: This research is Descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective, with a sample unit of 30 clinical records of patients who presented Anaphylaxis at the San Juan de Dios de San Miguel National Hospital, in the period from January 2016 to December 2020, Conclusion: Most of the patients are young people from 12 to 30 years old, female and of rural and urban origin, within the clinical characteristics it is the first time that they present anaphylaxis, within of the most common chronic diseases are kidney failure and arterial hypertension, among the most common symptoms are skin reactions such as urticaria, pruritus, redness, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, the most widely used treatment was antihistamines, corticosteroids, fluid therapy and in some cases inject adrenaline....”
