“…ABSTRAC: In this research, the open environment measures applicable in juvenile criminal matters are analyzed.these are considered open environment and are executed by adolescents in the natural environment such as school and community and most importantly in their family environment, with the assistance of specialists who make up the multidisciplinary teams of the juvenile courts such as: the educator, social worker and psychologist, are the opposite of the extreme measure of internment that must be used as a last resort when imposing a sentence on adolescents in conflict with the law, since it responds to the Special Regime authorized by the Constitution of the Republic in the Art. 35 second paragraph, of these measures, there are a range previously described for Juvenile Criminal Law in its article 8, which describes the options of the Juvenile Judge to apply the Law, these measures have a definition along with their features which help you to be able to place that measure is more appropriate in particular situations and circumstances of each crime executed by a teen since these are increasingly absorbed by organized crime or gangs or gang-guide to the faults or crimes. …”
