“…Para medir la IE se utilizaron dos escalas; la escala de auto informe Trait Meta Mood Scale-24 (TMMS-24) que mide las dimensiones: percepción emocional, comprensión emocional, regulación emocional y la Escala de Inteligencia Emocional (EIE) que mide las dimensiones, autoconciencia, autocontrol, motivación, empatía y relaciones sociales En la “TMMS-24”, en percepción emocional el 67% posee adecuada percepción, 23% debe mejorar porque presta poca atención a su percepción y 10% debe mejorar porque prestan demasiada atención a su percepción; en cuanto a comprensión emocional, 56% cuenta con adecuada comprensión, 25% debe mejorar comprensión y 19% resulto con excelente comprensión, finalmente regulación emocional, puntuó 65% con adecuada regulación, 27% con excelente regulación y 8% debe mejorar regulación. …”
