“…The population are the 4 EEE of the city and department of San Miguel having as sample the 4 directors, 8 students, 8 parents or caregivers and 8 teachers of the EEE, the type of sample is non-probabilistic intentional, obtaining the information with the techniques of data collection: the interview and direct observation being the instruments the interview guide (semi-structured) and observation guide, processing the data with the Weft QDA Miner software for the categorization and coding of the general analysis by category, concluding that the role that the teachers of the EEE have played during these times of pandemic has not been an easy task to carry out, since there have been drastic changes related to the methodology to which they were adapted to teach their classes, replacing it with the virtual scenario. …”
