520 3 |a Since the economic crises lived in Argentina there have been strategies aimed to the strengthening of the relationship State-University-Society in its contemporary history, and from these strategies concepts like university extension, social cohesion and university extension aimed to achieve a Social Solidarity Economy -SSE- have become important; understanding the university extension as the social contribution that academy may do in real and measurable terms to the most excluded people in society. This paper describes some State strategies implemented which are oriented to the strengthening of the SSE and, there is a more detailed account of the Diploma of the Social Economy and Solidarity Socio-educative Operator, which is an enforcement of the Universidad Nacional de San Martín and Ministries of Social Development and Education from Argentina, which is aimed to cooperatives.
