Due to lack of full understand of the importance of aseptic validation program and the big difference among these aseptic filling lines, the enterprises had incurred heavy loss caused by microorganism contaminant during production. Based on the current aseptic validation program and combined with own work experience, the author of this paper had set up a systemic, comprehensive and exercisable validation program, which was compatible for all kinds of aseptic filling lines. This aseptic validation program was aimed at each key unit of aseptic filling line and would be helpful for the validation and trouble-shooting work of the enterprises. Aseptic validation program includes: (1) Aseptic environment of the total isolator; (2) Aseptic PET bottle; (3) Aseptic cap; (4) Media test. In addition, the author studied the negative-affect of bottle-rinse water to waste water treatment. According to the advantage of bottle-rinse water, the author suggested to recover the bottle-rinse water to be used as cleaning water. This suggestion could not only solve the negative-affect to the waste water treatment, increase average 15% fall percentage of COD valve of anaerobic treatment and make the concentration of VFA come back from 7.7mmol/100ml to 3.5mmol/100ml, but also realize the purpose of energy saving and clean
