AutoLISP was first introduced as part of AutoCAD in Release 9, sometime in the early 1990's. AutoLISP differs from other programming languages in that it evaluates each line of a program as it is introduced to the computer. Other languages, such as Visual Basic and C++, compile the program code into machine code that the computer recognizes. | |
