Abstrakt:	In the view defined here, we've converted the resume field from the text data type into a varchar that can be up to 8,000 characters in length. (Note that this trick won't work in earlier versions of SQL Server. They limit the varchar type to 255 characters. Version 7, however, puts the cap at 8,000 characters.) You can then select from the view instead of the table, and get back up to 8,000 characters of your data.
