| Resumen: | The microcomputer has yet to become the major breakthrough in teaching economics that some thought it would be. Many microcomputer programs have been written to teach economics. Some are nothing more than electronic workbooks; others are full-blown simulations of micro- and macroeconomic activity. Fairmodel is strikingly different from the rest of the microcomputer software for economics instruction. With this software, students work with real data sets to forecast, analyze policy, and explore "what if" situations. |
