Based on the Mie theory, analytical solutions are obtained for the components of the electric field intensity vector inside the dispersed particles, which were used to calculate the power distribution of thermal sources over their cross sections. 2) non-uniform composition of a spherical particle. For this case, calculations are made by the finite element method.
