| Streszczenie: | В настоящей диссертации разрабатывается теория, раскрывающая концептуальные основания взаимосвязи и взаимозависимости государства и корпораций при борьбе с корпоративной коррупцией и в области противодействия легализации незаконных доходов. В исследовании ставится проблема взаимоотношения между государством и корпорациями, которые имеют общие базовые интересы. Наиболее значимому анализу в исследовании подвергается изучение методов и процедур борьбы с легализацией незаконных доходов и коррупцией, что необходимо для определения отправных точек и наиболее важных вопросов функционирования и развития различных элементов политического пространства. В отличие от других предпринимавшихся ранее исследований вопросов борьбы с легализацией незаконных доходов и коррупцией настоящая диссертация осуществляет междисциплинарное комплексное исследование в политической науке сквозь призму генезиса и эволюции корпоративных образований. В результате эмпирического анализа был получен новый набор данных о модели коррупционных отношений, принятых в государстве, который может быть использован для определения тенденции развития политических процессов. This dissertation develops a theory that reveals the conceptual foundations of the interrelation and interdependence of the state and corporations, as it relates to the fight against corporate corruption, and in the field of combating the legitimization of illegal revenue. The present research states the problem of the relationship between the state and corporations, which have common basic interests. The most significant analysis to be discussed in the research is the study of methods and procedures involved in combating corruption and the legitimization of illegal proceeds. Such issues are necessary to determine the starting points and the most important issues in the function and development of various elements of the political area. Unlike other, earlier studies on the topic of combating corruption and the legitimization of illegal profits, the dissertation presented here carries out an interdisciplinary complex study in political science through an exploration of the genesis and evolution of corporate entities. As a result of this empirical analysis, a new set of data has been obtained on the model of corruption relations, as they are exercised within the state. This shall be used to determine the trends indevelopment of political processes. |
