520 3 |a This research aims to improve the population service system which is optimal in supporting electronic government in Sumbawa Regency. In software development using the waterfall model and desktop-based Programming with Visual Studio and SQL Server as a Database Management System. The system testing method uses the Black Box Method, a test that focuses on the functional requirements of the software. The results of the research can be used easily, quickly, and useful for processing population data so that it can provide optimal service. This system has been used at the Luk Village Office (Rhee District) in improving service to the community optimally.
