| 520 | 3 | |a Os arquivos não devem, apenas, guardar um património que é comum a todos nós, ou disponibilizar documentos para consulta. Os arquivos da sociedade do século XXI, denominada de sociedade da informação e do conhecimento, devem ser espaços dinâmicos, ou seja, devem implicar uma interação entre o património que neles repousa, os utilizadores e o público em geral, seja através da realização de atividades culturais, como exposições, visitas guiadas, workshops, etc..Com o propósito de compreendermos a evolução dos, arquivos nacionais, ao longo dos tempos e o papel da Arquivística na sociedade da informação e do conhecimento, decidimos realizar a nossa investigação sobre a seguinte temática: O Arquivo Distrital de Viseu: tratamento do fundo do Morgado de Loureiro.Esta investigação foi elaborada no âmbito do 2.º Ciclo de Ciências Documentais, com um duplo objetivo: em primeiro lugar, como já referimos, pretendemos dar a conhecer os arquivos e a sua organização ao longo dos séculos, o papel do arquivista na sociedade da informação e do conhecimento, assim como apresentar o Arquivo Distrital de Viseu: (a sua história, caraterísticas, recursos humanos e técnicos, pontos fortes, fracos, ameaças e oportunidades); em segundo lugar, ambicionámos organizar, tratar e normalizar o fundo do Morgado de Loureiro, que se encontra nas prateleiras das estantes do Arquivo Distrital de Viseu, com base nas normas internacionais da Arquivística.A organização deste fundo tem como fim consolidar os conhecimentos que foram adquiridos no 1.º ano do 2.º Ciclo em Ciências Documentais, ao nível da organização arquivística, e, sobretudo, contatar com a realidade desta, organizar e tratar um espólio que é desconhecido da maioria da população. The archives must not only save a heritage that is common to us all, or make documents available for research. The archives of the 21st century society, designated as the information and knowledge society, should be dynamic spaces, they must involve an interaction between the heritage that lies in them and with the users and the general public, either by conducting cultural activities as holding exhibitions, guided tours, workshops, etc..In order to understand the evolution of, national archives, over time and the role of the Archivist in the information and knowledge society, we decided to conduct our investigation on the following topic: the District Archive of Viseu: processing of Morgado de Loureiro’s background.This investigation was elaborated for the Information Science master´s, and it has a double purpose: first, as already mentioned, we intend to make known the archives and their organization over the centuries, the archival role in the information and knowledge society, as well as presenting the District Archive of Viseu: (its history, characteristics, human and technical resources, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats); and secondly, we aim to organize, process and normalize the Morgado de Loureiro’s background, which is on the shelves of bookcases of this district archive, based on international standards of archives.The organization of this information has as purpose consolidate the knowledge about the archival organization we have acquired in the first year of the master´s, the contact with reality, of organizing and processing an estate that is unknown to the majority of the population. | |
