| Abstrakti: | This dissertation analyses one of the Spanish reduction of capital procedures in the Spanish limited liability company. This procedure of capital reduction, jeopardizes shareholder's rights, specifically the Equal Principle and the member Right to continue being company member. Also this study is completed with the comparative study of this phenomena in other European countries: France, Italy, Germany and Portugal. |
