| Resumen: | Tipoloji dilbiliminin bir dalı olarak geçen yüz yılın başından beri incelenmektedir. Dil sınıflandırılması alanı büyük bir materyal birikimine sahip olmasına rağmen bu konuyla yakından ilgilenen dilbilimci sayısı oldukça azdır. Bu çalışma, dil sınıflandırılması alanındaki eksikliği gidermeyi hedeflemekte; dil tipolojisinin tarihini, içeriğini, hedeflerini, sınıflandırma yöntemlerini ve ana dil sınıflarını tanıtmaktadır.Çalışmada bugüne dek dilbilimciler tarafından kabul edilmiş iki ana yapısal sınıflandırma olan Biçimbilimsel ve İçerikli dil sınıflandırılma yönteminden söz edilmektedir. Buna ilave olarak, farklı ve yeni bir yaklaşım yöntemi olan Safhasal sınıflandırma yönteminden de söz edilmektedir. Aynı zamanda bu çalışma her sınıflandırma yöntemini tanıtırken söz konusu yöntemlerin birbiriyle bağlantısını da ispatlamaktadır. Diğer bir ifadeyle, bir dillin sınıflandırılmasında kullanılan tüm yöntemlerin gerekçesini savunmaktadır.Yedi bölümden oluşan bu çalışma, sadece sınıflandırma yöntemlerini tanıtmakla yetinmemekte, aynı zamanda her yaklaşımın eksik taraflarını da ortaya koymaktadır. Eksikleri giderme ihtiyacından doğan Safhasal dil sınıflandırmasını daha doğru ve kapsamlı olarak göstermektedir. Safhasal yöntem, bir dili gelişim esnasında kabul etmekte ve hem biçimbilimsel hem de içerik özelliklerini değerlendirmektedir.Ancak, çağdaş dil tipolojisi gelişimini henüz tamamlamamıştır. Yapısal dil sınıflandırılmasında kullanılan tüm metotlar gelişmeye açıktır ve mutlak kabul edilemez. Linguistics typology has been studied since the beginning of last century. Even though there are many articles available in literature, only few linguists work on the language classification area. The main objective of this research is to eliminate the shortages in the language classification area. This study presents the history, content and purpose of the linguistics typology, the classification methods, and the major language classes.Two major widely accepted language classification methods, Morphological and Contensive, and a new method called Stadial classification method are presented in this research. While introducing the classification methods, this study also proves the connection and the relationship between these methods. In other words, this research defends the rationale behind all these classification methods.This study which consists of fıve sections not only introduces the classification methods, but also brings up the shortcomings of these methods. The Stadial classification method which was discovered to eliminate the shortcomings of the previous methods, is more accurate and comprehensive. This method accepts the language at the stage of development and evaluates its both morphological and contensive features.However, the evolution of the modern linguistics typology has not been completed yet. All the language classification methods that are currently being used need improvement and can not be accepted as the ultimate methods. |
