| Abstrákta: | En 1886, Alejandro Sawa publicó una novela, dentro de la corriente naturalista imperante en la época, en la que plantea un tema de gran calado el aborto. En el desarrollo de la novela, la cuestión del aborto es planteado desde dos puntos de vista el aborto terapéutico y el aborto como medio para llevar a cabo un homicidio, el de su propia esposa. El autor, que había estudiado Derecho, aborda el primer aspecto desde el contraste entre el problema de conciencia a la luz de la doctrina de la Iglesia católica y de la ciencia, y el segundo, el del uxoricidio, utilizando como medio el propio aborto, para el que no se encuentra una respuesta legal adecuada. In 1886, Alejandro Sawa published a novel, within the prevailing naturalistic trend of the time, in which he raises a very important issue abortion. In the development of the novel, the question of abortion is raised from two points of view therapeutic abortion and abortion as a means to carry out a homicide, that of his own wife. The author, who had studied law, approaches the first aspect from the contrast between the problem of conscience in the light of the doctrine of the Catholic Church and science, and the second, that of uxoricide using abortion itself as a means, for which no adequate legal response is found. |
