| Abstrakt: | La bioética se ha vuelto crucial, considerando aspectos como: la responsabilidad laboral de los actores de la salud, el aumento de pruebas diagnósticas en comparación con las probabilidades terapéuticas, la nueva comprensión de salud y enfermedad, y la concepción ideológica del término "persona"; por ello, esta investigación se centra en identificar los fundamentos filosóficos y epistemológicos que guían el actuar del personal de salud frente a dilemas bioéticos, especialmente en situaciones de alta vulnerabilidad humana. Se pretende encontrar principios éticos que orienten el comportamiento médico en tales circunstancias, ayudando a discernir entre lo bueno y lo malo, lo correcto e incorrecto, y lo justo e injusto, cuando la vida humana está en juego y depende de la biomedicina. Bioethics has become crucial, considering aspects such as: the labor responsibility of health actors, the increase in diagnostic tests compared to therapeutic probabilities, the new understanding of health and disease, and the ideological conception of the term "person" ; Therefore, this research focuses on identifying the philosophical and epistemological foundations that guide the actions of health personnel against bioethical dilemmas, especially in situations of high human vulnerability. It is intended to find ethical principles that guide medical behavior in such circumstances, helping to discern between good and bad, the right and wrong, and the fair and unfair, when human life is at stake and depends on biomedicine. |
