520 3 |a Labor education in the new era is an important and key content of students’ comprehensive development education, which has an important role in shaping and cultivating students’ labor values, improving labor literacy, and cultivating labor practice ability that cannot be replaced by other education. Therefore, this study explores the synergistic model of labor education integration for ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities as an important position of educational development, the integration of labor education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities can not be ignored, in order to achieve the deep integration of labor education and ideological education, this paper provides an in-depth analysis of the content of labor education and its practical significance with the integration of ideological and political education. Accurately grasping the problems and causes of labor education is the basic premise for exploring the integration of labor education into ideological and political education. The study analyzes the causes and problems of labor education integration into ideological and political education from three aspects, namely, cognitive situation, implementation situation, and practice situation, taking X University as an example. On this basis, in order to improve the problem of integrating labor education into ideological and political education, combined with the real needs, the ADDIE model was used to construct a collaborative parenting model for integrating labor education into ideological and political education, and the effect of the constructed collaborative parenting model was empirically analyzed. Through investigation and analysis, the evaluation scores of the constructed collaborative parenting model in six aspects, such as practical skills, cognitive concepts, labor quality, ideological character, theoretical knowledge and student satisfaction, are all higher than 3, which is a good level, and the organic integration of labor education and ideological and political education has been realized.
