| 520 | 3 | |a El artículo presenta una reflexión sobre la aparición de un régimen de poder que, a partir de la sugerencia lanzada por Chamayou (2012), cabe denominar saber-poder cinegético. Este régimen de poder, en una primera parte, será leído y analizado en diálogo con las aportaciones analíticas que Foucault desarrolló en su disección de la sociedad disciplinar. Sobre la base de un horizonte conceptual tejido en torno a las nociones de táctica penal, guerra y dramaturgia, se argumentará que el régimen disciplinar puede ser repropiado con el fin de mostrar toda una serie de continuidades y discontinuidades que llegan hasta la conformación del saber-poder cinegético. A partir de ahí, en una segunda parte, se incidirá en el modo en que la caza de personas emerge a modo de una racionalidad bélico-securitaria que da lugar a diferentes lógicas de actuación que se articulan en torno al abatir, el coger y el ahuyentar. Esta forma de proceder heterogénea, configuradora de dispositivos diversos, se proyectará en última instancia sobre aquellas personas que el ethos securitario ha caracterizado en términos de presas-amenazantes. The article presents an analysis on the emergence of a regime of power which, based on the suggestion made by Chamayou (2012), can be conceptualized as a cynegetic knowledge-power. In the first part, this regime of power will be read in dialogue with the analytical contributions that Foucault developed in his dissection of the disciplinary society. On the basis of a conceptual horizon woven around the notions of penal tactic, war and dramaturgy, it will be argued that the disciplinary regime can be reappropriated in order to show a whole series of continuities and discontinuities that go as far as the shaping of the cynegetic knowledge-power. From there, in a second part, we will focus on the way in which the hunting of people emerges as a war-securitarian rationality that gives rise to different logics of action that are articulated around the killing, the catching and the chasing away. This heterogeneous way of proceeding, configuring diverse dispositives, will ultimately be projected onto those people that the securitarian ethos has characterized in terms of threatening-preys. | |
