| Resumen: | The prospects for Spain’s insurance industry – particularly the life insurance market – are bright over the medium term to 2029. Following several years of volatility, life insurance premiums will return to a more stable and sustainable growth trajectory in 2025. A benign macroeconomic backdrop will stimulate business investment and private consumption, underpinning insurance demand from both businesses and individuals. Issues in the public healthcare system are driving uptake of private health and personal accident insurance in the non-life sector. |
