This thesis was motivated by the article by Dr. Josep Hernando Delgado Conversos i jueus: cohesion and solidarity. Necessity of a research. In this article Dr. Josep Hernando shows us the importance for Catalan historiography of knowing what the Converso Jewish society was like and what role it had within the society of the time.The main objective of this work is to study in depth the social group of the conversos of Barcelona from all aspects: social, economic, professional, family, religious, as well as their relationship between them and the rest of society. | |
