This article presents a methodology to assess a risk in a software project given the need to obtain an objective and more precise evaluation, either at the beginning or during its development. The methodology considers the relevant characteristics cited by PMI, SCRUM, RUP, SEI, CMMI, and ISO on risk management in project development, implementation, and software maintenance. The outstanding utility of this method lies in the ability to assess the occurrence of a specific risk using statistical, probabilistic, and prospective technique. | |
