Abstract:Vincent Starrett reminds us of all the abnormal happenings with Mrs. Hudson's curious upstairs tenants-unusual clients coming and going, the Irregulars running up and down the stairs, police officers coming at all hours of the day, furniture being overturned, and criminals being captured.
