| Resumen: | En las últimas décadas, varios autores han producido diversas reescrituras de cuentos de hadas. Algunas de estas historias suelen presentar una perspectiva crítica de estas narraciones tradicionales, sobre todo en su representación de los roles y estereotipos de género. Los libros-objeto han surgido como medios populares para crear estas alternativas a los cuentos de hadas clásicos, especialmente dirigidos a un público infanto-juvenil. Este formato da prioridad a los elementos visuales y materiales de la narración, a menudo junto con elementos textuales. Este proyecto tiene por objetivo la creación de un libro-objeto híbrido dirigido al público infantil-juvenil, diseñado a partir de un texto humorístico basado en “La Bella Durmiente”, de autoría propia, titulado Ginebra y el Don de la Siesta. Este trabajo pretende estudiar la reescritura postmoderna de cuentos de hadas, la investigación académica feminista de este antiguo género y la ilustración de estos cuentos. De seguida, estudiaremos tres versiones europeas del cuento en cuestión, “La Bella Durmiente”; y analizaremos un corpus de seis libros que revisitan y subvierten este cuento clásico, con el fin de dar a conocer las principales singularidades narrativas, con especial atención al componente verbal y pictórico, así como a la materialidad, de este corpus. Trataremos posteriormente los temas del álbum ilustrado, el libro-objeto y los mecanismos interactivos; y, por último, pasaremos a relatar la parte práctica del proyecto realizada hasta el momento. En esta última parte del proyecto presentamos el diseño final de los personajes, que acompaña la comicidad y el carácter de parodia del texto, y los mecanismos interactivos, que participan en el desarrollo de la narrativa exigiendo al autor un rol activo en la manipulación de los mecanismos y la construcción de significados del libro. In recent decades, a number of authors have produced diverse fairy tale retellings. Some of these stories often present a critical perspective of these traditional narratives, particularly in their depiction of gender roles and stereotypes. Object-books have emerged as popular mediums for creating these alternatives to the classic fairy tales, particularly targeted at children and young audiences. This format prioritizes the visual and pictorial elements of storytelling, often in conjunction with textual elements. This project aims to create a hybrid bookobject for children and young audiences, designed from a humorous text based on “Sleeping Beauty”, selfcreated, entitled Ginebra and the Gift of the Nap (Ginebra u el Don de la Siesta). This paper aims to study the postmodern retelling of fairy tales, the feminist academic research of this ancient genre and the illustration of these tales. We will then study three European versions of the tale in question, “Sleeping Beauty”; and we will analyse a corpus of six books that revisit and subvert this classic tale, with the aim of revealing the main narrative singularities, with special attention to the verbal and pictorial component, as well as to the materiality, of this corpus. We will then address the topics of the illustrated album, the book-object and the interactive mechanisms; and finally, we will go on to relate the practical part of the project carried out so far. In this last part of the project, we present the final design of the characters, which goes with the comical and parody characteristics of the text, and the interactive mechanisms, which participate in the development of the narrative, requiring the author to play an active role in the manipulation of the mechanisms and the construction of the book's meanings.   |
