Resumen:Pričujoča raziskava obravnava vpliv kakovosti storitve na upravljanje oskrbovalnih verig (angl. Supply Chain Management). Association for Supply Chain Management definira upravljanje oskrbovalnih verig kot zasnovo, planiranje, izvajanje, spremljanje in nadzor aktivnosti v oskrbovalni verigi z namenom kreiranja neto vrednosti, izgradnje konkurenčne infrastrukture, ki omogoča sinhronizacijo ponudbe s povpraševanjem in vrednotenje globalne učinkovitosti. Na podlagi pregleda znanstvene in strokovne literature na področju upravljanja kakovosti v oskrbovalnih verigah (angl. Supply Chain Quality Management) lahko sklepamo, da trenutno še ne obstaja univerzalna opredelitev upravljanja kakovosti v oskrbovalnih verigah. Zato smo za potrebe raziskave definirali upravljanje kakovosti v oskrbovalnih verigah kot obvladovanje medsebojnih poslovnih relacij vseh partnerjev v oskrbovalni verigi, ki skozi zagotavljanje kakovosti storitve (angl. Quality of Service) prispevajo h kakovosti celotne oskrbovalne verige. Pri tem izhajajo iz osredotočenosti na kupca, celovitega upravljanja kakovosti, strateškega načrtovanja in upravljanja znanja s pomočjo informacijske tehnologije ter integriranega upravljanja procesov.Jedro vrednotenja kakovosti storitve v raziskavi predstavlja analitični Bayesov model vrednotenja kazalnikov kakovosti storitve, ki služi kot osnova za upravljanje kakovosti v oskrbovalnih verigah. Okoli tega je zasnovana agentska javanska platforma za podporo B2B e-poslovanju. Programski agenti omogočajo avtomatizacijo e-poslovanja na osnovi ustreznih modelov obnašanja, komunikacijskih protokolov med agenti in ustrezne podporne baze znanja. Sestavljajo decentralizirano e-tržnico s storitvijo rumenih strani in porazdeljeno komunikacijsko strategijo za vzpostavljanje povezav med prostorsko in časovno razpršenimi entitetami. Obnašanje agentov, ki predstavljajo entitete oskrbovalne verige, narekuje uporabo metod in mehanizmov, ki so lastni avtonomnim informacijskim sistemom porazdeljenost, avtonomno delovanje, samo-učenje in samo-konfiguracija. Skozi njihove modele obnašanja, ki izhajajo iz relacije ponudnik-odjemalec, so v okviru e-tržnice implementirane operacije za unroulianie oskrhouaine verine s nodporo kaknuncti storitve in haze znanja.Sestavljajo decentralizirano e tržnico s storitvijo rumenih strani in porazdeljeno komunikacijsko strategijo za vzpostavljanje povezav med prostorsko in časovno razpršenimi entitetami. Obnašanje agentov, ki predstavljajo entitete oskrbovalne verige, narekuje uporabo metod in mehanizmov, ki so lastni avtonomnim informacijskim sistemom porazdeljenost, avtonomno delovanje, samo-učenje in samo-konfiguracija. Skozi njihove modele obnašanja, ki izhajajo iz relacije ponudnik-odjemalec, so v okviru e-tržnice implementirane operacije za upravljanje oskrbovalne verige s podporo kakovosti storitve in baze znanja.Agentska platforma e-tržnice je zasnovana v programskem jeziku Java na podlagi programskega ogrodja JADE. Deluje kot avtonomen sistem za B28 e-poslovanje s podporo odločanju na osnovi kakovosti storitve pri izvajanju operacij v oskrbovalni verigi. Njeno delovanje smo preverili sintetično skozi tipske scenarije upravljanja oskrbovalne verige kot tudi analitično s statistično analizo rezultatov na osnovi naključno generiranih vzorcev vhodnih podatkov. Na osnovi verifikacije in validacije e-tržnice lahko zaključimo, da je delovanje platforme skladno z definicijo upravljanja oskrbovalnih verig, rezultati pa skladni z Bayesovim modelom vrednotenja kakovosti storitve. Iz analize izvedenih eksperimentov izvira zaključek da ima platforma pozitiven vpliv na kakovost storitve v oskrbovalnih verigah zaradi bolj informiranega odločanja in popolnoma sinhronega informacijskega toka. This research addresses the impact of service quality on supply chain management. The Association for Supply Chain Management defines supply chain management as design, planning, execution, monitoring and control of activities within the supply chain to create netvalue, build a competitive infrastructure, which enables the synchronization of supply and demand as well as the evaluation of global efficiency. Based on a literature review of scientific and professional literature on supply chain quality management a conclusion can be made that a universal designation of supply chain quality management does not yet exist. Hence, in this research supply chain quality management was defined as management of business relations between partners in a supply chain which by assuring their service quality contribute to the overall quality of the supply chain. By doing so, they are assuming customer focus, total quality management, strategic planning and knowledge management by information technology as well as integrated process management.In the research service quality assessment is founded on the analytical Bayes-model of QoS indicator evaluation, which serves as basis of supply chain quality management. The agentbased Java platform for B2B e-commerce is built around the model. Program agents enable ecommerce automation based on appropriate behavioural models, communication protocols between agents and a suitable supplementary knowledge base. They form a decentralized emarketplace with yellow pages service and distributed communication strategy to establish links among spatially and temporally distributed entities. The behaviour of agents, which represent entities of a supply chain, dictates the use of methods and mechanisms that pertain to autonomous information systems - distributiveness, autonomous behaviour, self-learning and self-configuration. By their behavioural models, assuming customer-supplier relations, supply chain management operations are implemented in the e-marketplace with support of a service quality knowledge base.The agent-based e-marketplace platform has been conceived in the Java programming language based on the JADE programming framework. It acts as an autonomous system for B2B e-commerce with service quality-based decision support for the execution of supply chain operations. Its functions have been checked synthetically by performing some typical supply chain management operations as well as analytically by statistical analysis of the results based on random patterns of input data. Based on the e-marketplace verification and validation, one may conclude that the platform behaviour corresponds with the definition of supply chain management, while the results are in-line with the Bayes-model of service quality evaluation. From the analysis of the results of the experiments, a conclusion can be made that that the platform has a positive impact on service quality in supply chains due to better informed decision making and completely synchronous information flow.
