| Sažetak: | Against a backdrop of global manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading, engineering mechanics and intelligent manufacturing have become a key element in improving the technological advance and economic development. In line with this development, the 2025 International Conference on Engineering Mechanics and Intelligent Manufacturing (CEMIM 2025), hosted by South China University of Technology, was held in Lijiang, Yunnan Province, China, from July 11 to 13, 2025. The purpose of CEMIM 2025 was to provide an important platform for professionals from the international academic and industrial communities in the fields of engineering mechanics and intelligent manufacturing to exchange innovative ideas, showcase the latest research findings, and discuss future development trends. Focusing on these goals, CEMIM 2025 facilitated in-depth discussions and comprehensive exchange on topics, including intelligent materials, advanced manufacturing processes, mechanical system dynamics, structural health monitoring, and intelligent control systems. The well-structured agenda fostered a favorable atmosphere conducive to academic exchange and sharing. The keynote speeches, extensive and profound in context, explored the core themes of the conference. Prof. Zhenyu Zhang (Dalian University of Technology) addressed critical challenges in damage-free polishing of complex components, presenting novel technology with significant applications in aerospace and defense. Prof. Yajun Liu (South China University of Technology) presented a novel data glove-based electric drill control system that achieves real-time drilling optimization through closed-loop data processing, enhancing machining quality and stability. Prof. Jin Xie (South China University of Technology) leveraged the strengths of Naïve Bayes-K Nearest Neighbor algorithms to resolve the nonlinear relationship between production requirements and defects. Beyond the keynote speeches, the speakers introduced their research results in detail in the oral presentation sessions, enhancing the scientific nature and rigor of the conference. Poster sessions showcased the cutting-edge research on the relevant themes, providing opportunities for academic dialogue and multidisciplinary interaction. This event embodied the spirit of exploration and the scientific rigor of engineering mechanics and intelligent manufacturing. Each excellent paper in the proceedings represents significant achievement by its authors and contributes to advancing the field in engineering mechanics and intelligent manufacturing. We are confident and expect that the proceedings will become a catalyst for further exploration, fostering more exchange, integration, and innovation.List of Committee Member is available in this PDF. |
