520 3 |a This study explores the contribution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to software testing, focusing on test automation techniques and AI tools that can be utilized in the software testing process. Special emphasis is placed on AI-driven testing applications and their use in the field of electronic banking, particularly in an e-banking platform, where the complexity of transactions and the increased security requirements make the use of advanced testing techniques essential.As part of this study, a comparative evaluation of AI testing tools, such as Testim, Katalon Studio, and Microsoft Azure DevOps, is conducted based on their performance in test scenario creation, execution, and analysis. The study focuses on the use of black box testing for functional testing, as well as the potential of codeless testing, which allows a broader range of users, even those without programming knowledge, to execute tests.The research findings indicate that integrating Artificial Intelligence into the testing process offers significant benefits, such as:• faster test execution and improved efficiency• more accurate bug detection and prediction of potential issues• reduced human intervention and operational costs• easier maintenance and adaptation of test scenariosOverall, this study highlights the importance of Artificial Intelligence in modernizing software testing and proposes best practices for adopting AI-driven testing in complex information systems.
