| 520 | 3 | |a Este artículo se centrará en el análisis de dos novelas españolas de ciencia ficción, Holocracia, de Salvador Bayarri, y El peso del humo, de Tannia R. Tamayo. Ambas obras abordan el tema de la inteligencia artificial y el poshumanismo desde una perspectiva positiva e incluso utópica, con toda la ambigüedad que puede tener una utopía, tan a riesgo, con frecuencia, de caer en lo distópico. Veremos cómo la ciencia ficción puede especular sobre estas cuestiones desde un punto de vista filosófico, moral, político, social o cultural, igual que lo hace un ensayo. Y veremos también cómo los ensayos acerca de estos temas pueden convertirse, a su vez, en especulaciones sobre el futuro muy cercanas a la ciencia ficción. This article analyzes two Spanish science fiction novels: Holocracia by Salvador Bayarri and El peso del humo by Tannia R. Tamayo. Both works address the topic of artificial intelligence and posthumanism from a positive and utopian perspective, with the inherent ambiguity of utopias, which often run the risk of turning into dystopias. We will explore how science fiction speculates on these issues from philosophical, moral, political, social, or cultural perspectives, much like essays do. Additionally, we will examine how essays on these topics can, in turn, become speculative reflections on the future that closely resemble science fiction. | |
