Abstract:Conference Title: 2025 9th International Conference on Computing, Communication, Control and Automation (ICCUBEA)Conference Start Date: 2025 Aug. 22Conference End Date: 2025 Aug. 23Conference Location: Pune, IndiaEfficient emergency response and road safety are critical for saving lives, yet traffic congestion and delayed driver reactions often hinder emergency vehicle movement. This paper proposes a Real-Time Emergency Vehicle Notification System leveraging GPS tracking, WebSocket communication, and proximity-based alerts to enhance emergency response times. The system employs a client-server architecture with Flutter-based mobile applications for ambulance drivers, users, and hospitals. Real-time location updates and notifications are delivered with minimal latency, enabling faster route clearance and improved situational awareness. Optimized database management and load balancing ensure scalability and reliability, while integration with Google Maps API supports accurate ETA predictions and dynamic route optimization. Performance evaluations demonstrate significant improvements in notification delivery times, reduced database writes, and enhanced emergency vehicle tracking efficiency compared to traditional systems. This solution represents a step toward smarter urban mobility by minimizing delays and optimizing emergency response operations.
