| Короткий огляд: | Conference Title: 2025 7th International Conference on Innovative Data Communication Technologies and Application (ICIDCA)Conference Start Date: 2025 Oct. 6Conference End Date: 2025 Oct. 8Conference Location: Coimbatore, IndiaHealthcare is becoming an increasingly data-driven field, relying on elements like electronic medical records, sensor-based measurements, and genetic data to influence diagnostics, treatment, operational decisions, and more. This proliferation of health big data has led to the increasing cybersecurity threats that threaten patient privacy and data integrity and system stability. This paper studies the convergence of big data, cyber security and blockchain technology within the healthcare infrastructure by focusing on two major methodologies, homomorphic encryption for secure big data processing and blockchain-based smart contracts for decentralized access control. Homomorphic encryption allows to compute on encrypted patient data without decrypting to preserve privacy for predictive analytics and clinical research. At the same time, blockchain systems are used to control permissioned data access, as to prevent unauthorized updates and provide auditable records. The proposed solutions are evaluated for scalability, latency and interoperability using real healthcare datasets as well as simulated model. It has also been found that the fusion of cryptography with technologies such as distributed ledger has the potential to enhance trust, transparency, and resilience of digital healthcare solutions. |
