Resumen:Conference Title: 2025 Second International Conference on Intelligent Technologies for Sustainable Electric and Communications Systems (iTech SECOM)Conference Start Date: 2025 Oct. 9Conference End Date: 2025 Oct. 10Conference Location: Coimbatore, IndiaThis project focuses on measuring voltage and current using voltage and current sensors to determine power consumption. By calculating the power, the total units of electricity consumed can be tracked. Currently, electricity boards (EB) generate bills bi-monthly and deliver them via mail or other methods. However, a system that provides daily or weekly updates on electricity consumption can help users monitor their usage more effectively. Using an Arduino IoT Cloud application, this project enables real-time tracking and analysis of electricity usage in homes. The system is integrated with EB power supply and includes features to detect power availability and identify reasons for power outages, such as scheduled maintenance. The built-in Wi-Fi module and lithium-ion cell pack ensure data logging and storage continue seamlessly during power outages. The system also incorporates an LCD for viewing real-time electricity consumption and bill details. Data is automatically stored in the IoT cloud, allowing users to access it remotely from anywhere. For rental properties, the system facilitates monitoring individual consumption, enabling fair and accurate billing for tenants. An efficient methodology is presented for handling and assessing electricity utilization in a simplified manner.
