| Resumo: | The weekend retreat provides an opportunity for a mixed group of persons interested in the activities of a college or school to meet and discuss problems of mutual interest. In this manual, experiential exercises are emphasized to insure high participation while at the same time providing direction and structure. All the necessary exercise descriptions, forms, and questionnaires are included. The exercises, which focus on several areas of community life, emphasize organizational roles. A situation description is provided, and the outlines of the roles to be played by students, faculty, and trustees are presented. (Author/IRT) |
