Students qualifying for study under the program receive admissions preference among out-of-state applicants and are charged only the equivalent of the in-state tuition fees. These arrangements are agreed to by each of the participating institutions in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Rhode Island. This catalogue provides a listing of undergraduate opportunities at 2-year public colleges and institutions. Related document concerning graduate studies is HE 006 095. (MJM)
