| Abstract: | RESUMEN: El presente proyecto se inicio con el deseo de ampliar más los conocimientos sobre las construcciones pasadas como son los inmuebles de haciendas señoriales que se utilizaran en el desarrollo de este proyecto, denominado “Inventario de Bienes de Cascos de Haciendas del Departamento de San Miguel". Se visitaron muchas haciendas entre las cuales se pueden mencionar: Hacienda Cantora, La Ceiba, Pueblo Viejo, ambas ubicadas en el cantón Tecomatal, La Granja del Cantón La Puerta, Tangolona Del Cantón Tangolona Municipio de Moncagua. San Antonio Silva del Cantón San Antonio Silva. Los Ranchos, Cantón Miraflores. Pertenecen al Municipio de San Miguel, Hacienda Chilanguera del Cantón Chilanguera, Municipio de Chirilagua. Cantón La Estancia, Tamera Cantón Gualama, Ambas del municipio de Moncagua departamento de San Miguel, todas forman parte de cooperativas de pequeños agricultores, se realizó un estudio a cada uno de los inmuebles, cumpliendo con los requisitos. Las cinco ultimas haciendas que se mencionan anteriorente, a pesar de la falta de mantenimiento que estas tienen, conservan la mayoría de sus detalles arquitectónicos, así como sus elementos estructurales, además del deterioro de sus materiales es solo a nivel superficial. El proceso de investigación se inicia con la recopilación de información de la ubicación de cada casco de hacienda, información proporcionada por el Instituto de Transformación Agraria “ISTA”, de los habitantes cercanos de las haciendas, miembros de la cooperativas y folletos proporcionados por el docente director, amistades, fotografías tomadas en cada visita de campo realizada en cada una de las haciendas. Con toda la información obtenida se inicia a editar el documento de tesis denominado” Inventario de Bienes de Cascos de Hacienda del Departamento de San Miguel”, el cual se divide en cuatro capítulos nombrados: Generalidades, Marco Referencial, Diagnostico, Propuesta. ABSTRACT:This project began with the desire to further expand knowledge about past buildings such as the properties of stately estates that will be used in the development of this project, called "Inventory of Assets of the Shells of Haciendas of the Department of San Miguel." Many estates were visited among which the following can be mentioned: Hacienda Cantora, La Ceiba, Pueblo Viejo, both located in the canton Tecomatal, La Granja del Canton La Puerta, Tangolona from the Canton Tangolona Municipality of Moncagua. San Antonio Silva from the Canton San Antonio Silva. Los Ranchos, Canton Miraflores. The research process begins with the collection of information on the location of each hacienda shell, based on information provided by the Agrarian Transformation Institute (ISTA), from residents near the haciendas, members of the cooperatives, brochures provided by the director, friends, and photographs taken during each field visit to each of the haciendas. With all the information obtained, the thesis document entitled "Inventory of Hacienda Shell Assets in the Department of San Miguel" is published. It is divided into four chapters: Generalities, Reference Framework, Diagnosis, and Proposal. |
