Es un tema que aborda los procesos de cambios que se propician en los en diferentes aspectos como lo social, salud, educación y cultural en las comunidades, El Bajío, Santa Rosa, Las Cañas, Agua Caliente, San Dieguito, La Honda y La Fragua que serán afectadas, en el Municipio de San Antonio del Mosco, Departamento de San Miguel. En la que nos interesa conocer e interpretar ¿cómo están siendo afectadas las comunidades? Para darle un argumento teórico-científico al estudio lo realizamos mediante la investigación cualitativa apoyándonos en pensadores teóricos sociales. Un aporte fundamental en la investigación lo proporciona Max Weber con la teoría de la sociología comprensiva, otra teoría importante es la fenomenológica de Husserl, el interaccionismo simbólico que es una de la orientaciones metodológicas que comparten las ideas básicas del proceso hermenéutico, o interpretativo. Este un tipo de investigación formativa ha permitido obtener respuesta a fondo, acerca de lo que piensan y sienten las personas de las comunidades afectadas, esto se ha hecho posible a través de la utilización diferentes técnicas como la observación participante y no participante, la entrevista semi-estructurada, la revisión de documentos bibliográficos, análisis documental y Grupo focal que se emplearon para la recopilación de información. Mediante el cual nos permite conocer cómo afectará en el sistema social, cultural, educacional, salud y lo ambiental en las comunidades en mención. Con el propósito de lograr los objetivos planteados como es la interpretación y comprensión del impacto causado por la construcción de la represa El Chaparral que se presenta en este informe escrito. | |

It is a topic that addresses the processes of change that are propitiated in different aspects such as social, health, education and cultural in the communities, El Bajío, Santa Rosa, Las Cañas, Agua Caliente, San Dieguito, La Honda and La Fragua that will be affected, in the Municipality of San Antonio del Mosco, Department of San Miguel. In which we are interested in knowing and interpreting how the communities are being affected? To give a theoretical-scientific argument to the study, we carried it out through qualitative research, relying on social theoretical thinkers. A fundamental contribution in the research is provided by Max Weber with the theory of comprehensive sociology, another important theory is Husserl's phenomenological, symbolic interactionism, which is one of the methodological orientations that share the basic ideas of the hermeneutic or interpretive process. This type of formative research has made it possible to obtain an in-depth response about what the people of the affected communities think and feel, this has been made possible through the use of different techniques such as participant and non-participant observation, the semi-interview -structured, the review of bibliographic documents xiiio documentary analysis and Focus Group that were used for the collection of information. Through which it allows us to know how it will affect the social, cultural, educational, health and environmental systems in the communities in question. With the purpose of achieving the stated objectives, such as the interpretation and understanding of the impact caused by the construction of the El Chaparral dam that is presented in this written report. | |
