| 520 | 3 | |a RESUMEN: A lo largo de la historia, la ciudad de Santa Rosa de Lima ha contado únicamente con el parque central como único lugar de esparcimiento recreativo. Por ser una ciudad en constante crecimiento y un polo de desarrollo para la región oriental la demanda de espacios públicos en los que la familia pueda pasar un momento agradable y practicar deportes es mucho mayor, eso hace que el parque municipal no sea suficiente para satisfacer las necesidades de la población en cuanto a sano esparcimiento se refiere. Aunado a esto tenemos la concentración de vendedores informales a los alrededores del parque, haciéndolo menos agradable, restándole belleza y haciéndolo menos funcional. OBJETIVO GENERAL: Proveer un diseño arquitectónico del Centro de Recreación de Santa Rosa de Lima que satisfaga las necesidades de la población de dicha ciudad. METODOLOGÍA DEL TRABAJO: El tipo de investigación a seguir en el presente trabajo se basará en la investigación bibliográfica y de campo. A partir del problema ya definido se realizará: Una investigación bibliográfica en: libros, diccionarios, manuales, textos, trabajos de graduación realizados en distintas universidades, revistas, seminarios, folletos periódicos y también se realizará un investigación bibliográfica por Internet. En la investigación de campo se realizará: inspección del terreno en donde se realizará el diseño, visitas y entrevistas a diferentes habitantes de la Ciudad de Santa Rosa de Lima para tomar en cuenta las necesidades específicas emanadas de forma directa de la población para realizar un diseño que además de ser funcional satisfaga las necesidades de los Limeños, se tomarán fotografías a elementos arquitectónicos representativos de la ciudad para tomarlos en cuenta a la hora de diseñar el Polideportivo para encontrar una integración entre la arquitectura existente y el diseño a proponer. CONCLUSIONES: El Centro Recreativo para la ciudad de Santa Rosa de Lima suele ser de mucha importancia para las autoridades municipales, ya que con dicho proyecto estarían beneficiando a toda la población de la ciudad, y por ser una obra de gran magnitud beneficiaria hasta la población de los cantones y municipios aledaños. Con esto estarían ayudando a la población para tener una mejor calidad de vida y mejorar la imagen urbana de la ciudad. | |

GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Provide an architectural design for the Santa Rosa de Lima Recreation Center that meets the needs of the population of said city. WORK METHODOLOGY: The type of research will continue in this work will be based on bibliographic and field research. Starting from the problem already defined, the following will be carried out: A bibliographical investigation in: books, dictionaries, manuals, texts, graduation works carried out in different universities, magazines, seminars, periodical brochures and a bibliographical investigation will also be carried out on the Internet. In the field investigation, the following will be carried out: inspection of the land where the design will be carried out, visits and interviews to different inhabitants of the City of Santa Rosa de Lima to take into account the specific needs emanating directly from the population to carry out a design. q In addition to being functional and satisfying the needs of the people of Lima, photographs will be taken of representative architectural elements of the city to take them into account when designing the Sports Center to find an integration between the existing architecture and the design to be proposed. CONCLUSIONS: The Recreational Center for the city of Santa Rosa de Lima is usually very important for the municipal authorities, since this project would benefit the entire population of the city, and because it is a work of great magnitude, it would benefit even the population. of the surrounding cantons and municipalities. With this they would be helping the population to have a better quality of life and improve the urban image of the city. | |
