| Achoimre: | RESUMEN: En el pasar de los años, observamos la evolución tanto poblacional y económica del municipio de Conchagua, en el departamento de la Unión, y por estas mismas razones crecen asentamientos en la periferia urbana del municipio y con ellas necesidades básicas, aumentando la demanda por la población afectada. Este es el caso en el Cantón Conchagüita a 2km de distancia de Conchagua, con una población aproximada de 10,000 habitantes, carece de una atención Hospitalaria inmediata y a las 24 horas del día, que cuente con personal e instalaciones adecuadas para cubrir los problemas principales de salud en esta comunidad, siendo base importante del funcionamiento de este la administración Cristiana. Nuestro propósito es hacer un estudio para determinar las causas principales del problema, analizarlas, y encontrar soluciones óptimas que nos lleven a una propuesta de diseño, donde el objetivo será cubrir la necesidad que se demanda. Por la distancia existente entre este Cantón a la clínica más cercana, que está ubicada en el municipio de Conchagua, departamento La Unión, es de suma importancia tener una edificación que brinde ayuda en cuanto a salud completa y atención médica inmediata, y poder contar con ello en un lugar cercano. ABSTRACT: Over the years, we have observed the population growth and economic development of the municipality of Conchagua, in the department of La Unión. For these same reasons, settlements have grown on the urban periphery of the municipality, and with this growth, basic needs have increased, thus raising the demand for services from the affected population. This is the case in the Conchagüita district, located 2 km from Conchagua, with an approximate population of 10,000 inhabitants. This area lacks immediate, 24-hour hospital care, with adequate staff and facilities to address the main health problems in this community. Christian-based administration plays an important role in the functioning of this area. Our purpose is to conduct a study to determine the main causes of the problem, analyze them, and find optimal solutions that will lead to a design proposal, whose objective will be to meet the identified needs. Given the distance between this district and the nearest clinic, located in the municipality of Conchagua, in the department of La Unión, it is extremely important to have a facility that provides comprehensive healthcare and immediate medical attention, located nearby. |
