| Sažetak: | RESUMEN: La función que desarrollan los gobiernos municipales es importante para el desarrollo de un municipio, porque son los encargados de administrar, dirigir, inspeccionar los servicios y obras del municipio; disponen de gastos, imponen los pagos, etc. Es por eso que es importante contar con una buena atmosfera en cuanto a comodidad e idoneidad de los espacios que conforman la infraestructura de un palacio municipal. Es en este caso que se ha valorado la función y el valor que tienen los gobiernos municipales, que se ha decidido, aprovechando la situación de despliegue y proyección que tiene la ciudad de la unión, realizar el trabajo de graduación con el “Proyecto de diseño arquitectónico del Palacio Municipal de La Unión”. El presente documento contiene el proyecto de graduación, el cual expone cuales son los aspectos que se han considerado para la elaboración de la investigación. Mencionando las causas por las cuales es necesario: Quienes son los afectados, a quienes beneficiaria, las limitantes que se presentan, la magnitud del proyecto, el tiempo que se tardaría en elaborarlo y el costo de la investigación. También la estructura metodológica que servirá de guía lógica y secuencial para la realización del trabajo. ABSTRACT: The role played by municipal governments is important for the development of a municipality, as they are responsible for administering, directing, and inspecting municipal services and works; they manage expenses, impose payments, and so on. Therefore, it is important to maintain a favorable atmosphere in terms of comfort and suitability of the spaces that make up the infrastructure of a municipal palace. In this case, the role and value of municipal governments have been valued, and it has been decided, taking advantage of the city of La Unión's growing presence and projection, to carry out the graduation project with the "Architectural Design Project for the Municipal Palace of La Unión." This document contains the graduation project, which outlines the aspects considered for the development of the research. It mentions the reasons why it is necessary: who is affected, who would benefit, the limitations presented, the magnitude of the project, the time it would take to develop it, and the cost of the research. Also the methodological structure that will serve as a logical and sequential guide for carrying out the work. |
