| 抄録: | RESUMEN: El presente estudio está encaminado a contribuir de alguna forma al rescate de los monumentos históricos culturales y arquitectónicos que posee El Salvador, en este caso la ciudad de San Miguel, que ha mostrado un crecimiento urbano acelerado, el cual se refleja en las actividades comerciales, institucionales y de servicio por mencionar algunas. Los inmuebles con valor cultural que todavía se encuentran en la ciudad están muy expuestos al paso del tiempo como a los factores climáticos y sísmicos siendo estos la causa más grande de la pérdida de inmuebles con Valor Cultural e Histórico. Por tanto se presenta la propuesta de “Rediseño Arquitectónico del Hogar de Niños Dolores Souza de la Ciudad de San Miguel” que actualmente está en un período de transformación espacial, y cambios en su aspecto formal, institucional así como también funcional. La necesidad del Instituto Salvadoreño para el Desarrollo Integral de la Niñez y la Adolescencia (ISNA) de rehabilitar los espacios que en su momento fueron de grande importancia, es necesaria así como la necesidad de ampliar su accionar de trabajo con la construcción de un resguardo de menores. Estructuración por medio de fases del trabajo a desarrollar: Fase I. Permite el conocimiento de manera general, la situación del edificio actual (ISNA) y Hogar de Niños Dolores Souza y la justificación para realizar este trabajo, tomando en cuenta los objetivos de la investigación, límites, alcances, metodología y cronograma de actividades. Fase II. Análisis monográfico, considerándose el aspecto conceptual, histórico, normativo, legal y físico espacial. Fase III. Es el análisis físico del edificio actual, en todos sus componentes, determinando causas de deterioro, peligros y alteraciones a través de los años. Fase IV. Se analiza el edificio por zonas, y a la vez, se detallan los materiales de construcción que posee el inmueble, se verifica la descendencia del estilo arquitectónico al que pertenece, así como también la conceptualización del proyecto, programa de necesidades, zonificación etc. Fase V. Referido a la elaboración de la propuesta de rediseño para la rehabilitación del edificio, y construcción del resguardo para menores esta comprende los planos arquitectónicos, maqueta virtual, interiores y exteriores con sus conclusiones, recomendaciones y como actividad final se definen los anexos, la bibliografía y la información de referencia. ABSTRACT: This study aims to contribute in some way to the rescue of El Salvador's cultural and architectural historical monuments, in this case the city of San Miguel, which has experienced accelerated urban growth, reflected in commercial, institutional, and service activities, to name a few. The buildings with cultural value that remain in the city are highly exposed to the passage of time as well as to climatic and seismic factors, these being the main cause of the loss of buildings with cultural and historical value. Therefore, we present the proposal for the "Architectural Redesign of the Dolores Souza Children's Home in the City of San Miguel," which is currently undergoing a period of spatial transformation and changes in its formal, institutional, and functional appearance. The Salvadoran Institute for the Comprehensive Development of Children and Adolescents (ISNA) needs to rehabilitate spaces that were once of great importance, as well as the need to expand its work with the construction of a shelter for minors. Structuring of the work to be developed by phases: Phase I. Allows general knowledge of the current situation of the building (ISNA) and the Dolores Souza Children's Home and the justification for carrying out this work, taking into account the research objectives, limits, scope, methodology and schedule of activities. Phase II. Monographic analysis, considering the conceptual, historical, regulatory, legal and physical spatial aspects. Phase III. It is the physical analysis of the current building, in all its components, determining causes of deterioration, dangers and alterations over the years. Phase IV. The building is analyzed by zones, and at the same time, the construction materials that the property has are detailed, the descent of the architectural style to which it belongs is verified, as well as the conceptualization of the project, program needs, zoning, etc. Phase V. Referring to the preparation of the redesign proposal for the rehabilitation of the building, and construction of the shelter for minors, this includes the architectural plans, virtual model, interiors and exteriors with their conclusions, recommendations and as a final activity, the annexes, bibliography and reference information are defined. |
