| Résumé: | RESUMEN: Esta investigación tiene como objetivo proponer a las autoridades municipales el anteproyecto arquitectónico Anteproyecto de diseño del mercado terminal de buses de la ciudad de san francisco gotera departamento de Morazán, el cual cumpla con todas las características necesarias para satisfacer las necesidades de la población en cuanto al comercio y transporte. Para realizar este proyecto de graduación, se utilizará una investigación objetiva la cual explorará la realidad de dicha Ciudad, de esta manera se definirá 5 etapas a realizar, en donde se detallan los problemas de San Francisco Gotera. Primera etapa: planteamiento del Problema. Se investiga el porqué de la problemática actual de la Ciudad, por medio de la información de la Alcaldía Municipal y sus habitantes, que nos guiará hacia la información de este trabajo. Segunda etapa: marco referencial. Información de los aspectos sociales, culturales y económicos, leyes generales y aspectos físicos del lugar para tener un diagnóstico general, para el Anteproyecto. Tercera etapa: diagnóstico. El propósito es el análisis de los elementos determinantes que proporcionan lineamientos y parámetros para establecer el programa de necesidades, desarrollando el modelo del objeto de estudio, dentro del contexto definido. Cuarta etapa: pronóstico. El objetivo de esta etapa consiste en el desarrollo de las proyecciones urbanas que describirán el comportamiento y crecimiento urbano para un período eventual de tiempo para este caso 25 años, establecido a partir de las características y condiciones actuales que presente el municipio de acuerdo a la investigación realizada. Quinta etapa: propuesta. Paso de lo abstracto (información y conocimientos recabados) a lo concreto (diseño). Logrando el planteamiento específico, en donde se establece un anteproyecto, al finalizar las etapas anteriormente descritas se procederá a la elaboración de los planos constructivos, especificación, luego se concluirá con conclusiones y recomendaciones. El Anteproyecto de Diseño Terminal-Comercial, en la Ciudad de San Francisco Gotera, responde a la necesidad planteada por la Municipalidad de tener un lugar donde realizar actividades de intercambios comercial y de transporte de personas y productos, por medio del presente documento se pretende ayudar a la Municipalidad a gestionar los fondos para el financiamiento del mismo. La capacidad del Edificio es respuesta a la necesidad que se presenta en la actualidad, el mismo tiene una proyección a 20 años. El Mercado servirá para acoger a todos los vendedores que se ubican en las principales calles de la Ciudad, brindándoles servicios básicos, el mismo está sectorizado según el tipo de productos y locales, brindando mayor comodidad a comerciantes y consumidores. La integración del mercado con la Terminal de Buses, trae varios beneficios económicos. Tanto en la ejecución como durante su funcionamiento. ABSTRACT: This research aims to propose to the municipal authorities the preliminary architectural design for the bus terminal and market in the city of San Francisco Gotera, Morazán department, which will meet all the necessary requirements to satisfy the needs of the population in terms of commerce and transportation. To carry out this graduation project, an objective research methodology will be used, which will explore the reality of the city. In this way, five stages will be defined, detailing the problems of San Francisco Gotera. First stage: Problem statement. The research investigates the reasons for the current problems in the city, using information from the Municipal Council and its inhabitants, which will guide the information for this project. Second stage: Reference framework. Information on social, cultural, and economic aspects, general laws, and physical characteristics of the area will be gathered to obtain a general diagnosis for the preliminary design. Third stage: Diagnosis. The purpose is to analyze the determining elements that provide guidelines and parameters to establish the needs program, developing the model of the study object within the defined context. Fourth stage: Forecast. The objective of this stage is to develop urban projections that will describe the urban behavior and growth for a future period of time (in this case, 25 years), based on the current characteristics and conditions of the municipality, according to the research conducted. Fifth stage: Proposal. This stage moves from the abstract (collected information and knowledge) to the concrete (design). A specific proposal is developed, establishing a preliminary design. After completing the previous stages, the construction plans and specifications will be prepared, and the project will conclude with conclusions and recommendations. The Preliminary Design for the Commercial and Transportation Terminal in the City of San Francisco Gotera responds to the need expressed by the Municipality to have a facility for commercial activities and the transportation of people and goods. This document aims to help the Municipality obtain funding for this project. The building's capacity addresses current needs and is designed with a 20-year projection. The market will serve as a central location for all vendors currently operating on the city's main streets, providing them with essential services. It is organized by product type and type of business, offering greater convenience for both merchants and consumers. The integration of the market with the bus terminal will also bring several economic benefits, both during construction and during operation. |
